ACS is able to offer customized solutions thanks to its more than 60 years of experience in designing customized environmental simulation chambers, its technical know-how and the close attention given to the requests of all our customers.
功能说明 :
FEATURES: ACS has built equipment for temperatures up to 650°C with programmable up and down ramps to perform tests on samples. This has made it possible to identify the best thermal cycle profile to test the tubes in the treatment process inside the tunnel ovens to ensure maximum reliability over time. ACS can supply two types of tunnel ovens: The function of the GMS oven is to subject the sleeves formed by a borosilicate glass tube socket with a metal ring welded to the stretching treatment. The feeding speed of the sleeves conveyor belt is adjustable to obtain the thermal cycle according to the desired profile. The AR oven has been designed for the treatment of the anti-glare coating on the borosilicate glass sleeves of solar receiver tubes. Similar to the "GMS" oven for its design, it is characterized by the forward motion of the belt which is not continuous but step-by-step and to be suitable for the insertion in a fully automated production line. SOFTWARE: The software for this type of chamber is an application that includes all the functions based on the specifications requested by the customer. The chamber has a built-in control panel for controlling and managing its functions. The chamber can also be controlled remotely using the WinKratos software or an equivalent application. RANGE: ACS can provide customized solutions that are adapted to the requests of every customer. Thanks to its accurate analysis of testing needs and highly specialized technical consultancy, ACS designs and manufactures environmental simulation chambers in the configuration most suitable for meeting the customer's testing needs.
