Vibration test chambers

Using a climatic chamber for vibration tests allows the specimen to be subjected to a combination of different tests, such as: vibrations, temperature variations and climatic variations. This type of test is used to evaluate the resistance of components and equipment to combined climatic and mechanical stresses that can affect performance in conditions of normal use. Automotive and aerospace components are among the main categories of products that must be subjected to such tests to ensure reliability and safety for users.

FEATURES:

These chambers can be supplied with the new ecological refrigerant gas R472B, having a GWP of 526. Click on the logo for further information.

ACS climatic chambers for vibration tests are made both in the thermostatic and climatic versions. They are available in volumes of 600, 1200 or 2200 liters.

Three temperature gradients are available for -70/+180°C models: 5, 10 or 15°C/min; whereas 5°C/min is the only gradient available for -40/+180°C models. For the entire climatic series the humidity ranges from 10% to 95% (in a temperature range of +10/+95°C).

SOFTWARE:

The MyKratos™ management software is embedded in the machine in built-in and completely dedicated hardware, which allows the control and management of the chamber functions. No installation is required, and it can be accessed from a PC via web browser or via the free app developed for tablets and smartphones. MyKratos™ allows multiuser and multilevel connections, even from different devices.
